Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

For those of you interested in the Central Saanich race, there is a website dedicated to the race in that municipality - Central Saanich 2011.
The site has links to all the candidates and has the all candidates meeting from November 3rd online.
