Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

B Channel Interviews with City of Victoria Mayor Candidates
In my weak defense, there is something weird going on with my cutting pasting of B Channel's videos. It was happening again and I had to hand type the embed code
I'm just wondering why you've posted Steve Filipovic twice, and not included Mayor Fortin. I'm sure it's just a technical issue.
