Just to let everyone know, the first all candidates meeting of the municipal campaign will be tomorrow night at the Burnside/Gorge community centre. It will be from 6 pm to 9 pm. The first hour will be a chance to come and meet the candidates running for council. From 7 pm to 9 pm there will be a debate by the candidates running for mayor.
The Burnside/Gorge Community centre is at the corner of Cecelia and Napier, right above the Galloping Goose. The number 8, 11, 21 and 22 buses will get you there, this is a good chance for you to try out the buses in this town if you do not use them regularly.
I would love to be there tomorrow evening, but kids events do not allow me the time to go.

Hey bernard, just wondering if you know when the next all candidates meeting is? i had the opportunity to go to the one tonight. it was informative but unruly as a few audience members ended up hijacking the last 1/2 hour.
If that was a level of dialogue typical of All Candidates Meetings we're in for a tedious month.
Tonight's ACM at Oaklands was very civil and informative.
