Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

Gorge Waterway with very high water
I was driving to pick up Ben at 11 am this morning and I was amazed at how high the tide was in the Gorge I am going to figure out the best time to see the falls this week.
