Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

David Shebib running for mayor

David Shebib is a parasite. He preys on the most vulnerable members of society. Rents a house and then charges people on welfare and disability to live in the same house. He then lives for free and makes money. Anyone who hitches his wagon to the biggest parasite David Johnston, yeah thats someone I want for mayor.
Say what you want but David Johnston just endured through several yrs of court to the Supreme Court to defend your freedom and to come to the conclusion that you have no Freedom. David Shebib is trying to show you free trade/living and yes he is more service to self than service to others but if you had everyone giving (community) there would be no need to take.
This man is a bigot and a liar. He fills rented houses with welfare recipients so he and his son Andrew (two DUI's and counting) can live rent free. In return he coerces them to work for his hauling company and maybe gives them twenty bucks a day, although his son Andrew has been known to pocket the money. I've personally seen and experienced this with my own eyes. Him and his son have a mini-feudal system in the Rent-Ranch they are running. This is a man who complains about the environment but has five trucks and a boat and burns his trash illegally on the property. This is a man who proclaims his intention for equal rights but consorts with drunken racists and pederasts who feel it's okay for other tenants on his rent ranch to be harassed, be threatened with empty beer bottles and abused with racist hate-language. This is a man who claims to want to solve the homeless problem but wants to build a resort for rich people on the hundred acres he owns in Bella Coola. If you've spent any time at all with his half-wit son (if you see a garbage guru truck with Andrew driving pull over to the side of the road- the kid can't drive sober and he sure has heck can't drive drunk-this is fact) it will become entirely evident that he has a lousy parental instincts. I know the man for several years and have had the extreme misfortune of living on his "Rent-Cattle" ranch on two occasions in Esquilmat and the same Rent-Cattle Ranch he's running in West Saanich. The man is a walking punchline and the fact that he considers himself fit to be mayor is just pathetic. He has essentially spent his entire life hijacking social causes to line his own pockets. This is a man who used to try to sell bottle tap water at demonstrations. He hawks books on a certain homelessness "activist" who has forsaken money...for his own profit (and to presumably pay for all the driving violations that his incompetent driver of a son Andrew as amassed.) You'd think with the few years he has left he might be contemplating a way to redeem his Liars Existence but his planetary sized ego and the oceans of willful ignorance raging inside his head means that he will inflict his "sick" on the world for at least a year or two. The movement for positive change deserves better. Certainly more so than a Wolf in Monks Clothing. Hasn't there been enough of that since....forever? Vote for anybody except him. Voting for three day old road kill would be a thousand times better than to even recognize this dismal passion play. Nice to see Victoria's most popular parasite is back. David Johnston back in his tent next to City Hall. Of course taxpayers probably paid for his tent. Claims he does not like money. Of course spending the money of those who work and those who pay taxes, well then money is no object. David Johnston a drain on the system and a complete waste of space. Now I guess we can look forward to his sidekick David Shebib making an appearance (photo op).David Shebib another piece of work. Why do people love Victoria so much it's obvious Victoria is one of the only places where you are not required to work.
