Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.
Interesting idea you've been following there, B.You should make it more interactive. Do a Jay Leno-style one-minute Q&A with random pedestrians at each location.You could get some laughs... or looks... depending on the question.
