Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

Uptown Boulevard Construction May 2012
Some more images of the ongoing construction work at Uptown. The outer facades seem complete, but I am sure there is a lot more work to done inside.

I am not looking forward to this place being finished. You think the traffic is bad now? It's only going to get worse based on what the rest of the place looks like now. Still not enough above ground parking. I've heard the place isn't really doing that well though. Lots of the clothing stores aren't getting enough business. But let's face it, most people just go there for Walmart or Future Shop and all the other places are at other, better laid out malls.
