Well, we have done it, we have purchased a house in Victoria. The house is one that we were looking at in late March, it stayed on the market till we were ready to buy.
The house is about 90 years old and on Harriet Road. It is large, but will need a lot of renovations in the basement for us to be able to use it properly. But as a house it should suit as well for many, many years. frankly there is no reason why as a long as we are in Victoria that we would need to move again.
Possession is on the 14th of July. Renovations start right away.
The crazy thing is the this house we paid $440 000 for will save us money. Quite a bit of money.
