Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

Making Electoral Reform an Issue Locally
If we can get locally elected politicians to be supportive of the Citizens Assembly process and speak out in favour of electoral reform, we will be close to get a vote for STV in May.
