Victoria BC is an interesting city off of the coast of BC. I think it has everything to be one of the great cities on earth other than the public will to be the best.

Oak Bay still doesn't have an NDP candidate?
Their website has a date for the nomination, clink the link for the date.
As far as I know, Saanich South does not formally have an NDP candidate either.
Jessica Van der Veen was nominated as the NDP candidate for Oak Bay-Gordon Head last night.
