With filing deadline only just over 24 hours away, there is a lot happening on the local election front.
I will try and update as much as I can over the next day and half.
1) Simon Nattrass, the 19 year old who said he planned on running for mayor is now going for Victoria city council. I am having coffee with him tomorrow.
2) Randall Garrison is running for Esquimalt council. He ran for the NDP in 2004 and 2006 in the federal riding of Esquimalt Juan de Fuca and did well both times.
